I hereby apply for re-certification and have read and understand the qualifications of re-certification, application fees, and dues payment requirements. 

 

I have noticed the fact that re-certification non-members costs € 250,- and IFPO Europe will send me an invoice. After receiving your payment we will re-certificate you and send you a new certificate by mail.
