IFPO EUROPE utilizes an automated central membership registration system. The data that is recorded in that system is needed for the proper functioning of the association. Associations such as IFPO EUROPE do not have to report the processing of personal data to the Data Protection Authority

The personal data of members and visitors to our website are treated with the utmost caution and security. The date is processed in a CRM software package that is hosted in a data center. The management is granted to a carefully selected IT firm.

IFPO EUROPE collects and uses your personal date for various reasons. To enable it to provide its services, IFPO EUROPE collects and processes your personal data:

When you become a IFPO EUROPE member, to inform you about membership- and association information such as events, interest registration, registration of Continuing Professional Education, invoicing, etc.
To inform members of important security news and information.
To facilitate contact with IFPO EUROPE. This can be by phone, but also via e-mail, when you fill out a contact form, log on to your account or when you approach us via social media.


IFPO EUROPE will not collect and use more personal data than strictly needed. The following details will be recorded in the central membership registration system:

  • Company name and address
  • Company telephone numbers and email
  • Financial contact details
  • Member family name and initials
  • Address (private and business)
  • Job title
  • Member telephone numbers
  • E-mail address (private and business)
  • Type of membership


Rules of play

IFPO EUROPE will not allow use of personal data by third parties for commercial, charitable or ideological purposes.
With the exception of the exchange of data with TAPA America and TAPA APAC, IFPO EUROPE will not provide personal data to third parties.
Your e-mail address will only be used to inform you of association affairs and other matters that are relevant to security professionals.
Data of members will be removed from the active membership records within 2 years after the termination of the membership.

IFPO EUROPE does not use cookies.
