Ethics

The protection officer shall:

  • Respond to employers professiol needs

  • Exhibit exemplary conduct

  • Protect confidential information

  • Maintain a safe and secure workplace

  • Dress to create professionalism

  • Enforce all lawfull rules and regulations

  • Encourage liaison with public offers

  • Develop good report within the profession

  • Strive to attain professional competence

  • Encourage high standards of officer ethics
     

When a code of ethics is strictly followed by everyone, the whole industry will create a good reputation and acceptance from the public and corporations (private and gouverment)
 

A strict code of ethics must include at least the following topics:

  • Loyality

  • Confidentiality

  • Examplary conduct

  • Safety and Security

  • Deportment

  • Law enforcement

  • Liason

  • Strive to learn

  • Honesty

  • Develop report

  • Prejudice

  • Self Dicipline
